The Marina at Swansea continues to attract high levels of rental enquiries. These range from holiday rentals to assured tenancies of varying lengths. We strive to obtain a minimum of 6 month term assured tenancies for our Landlords, however flexibility is always given due consideration this being highly desirable to the corporate sector, providing its employees with the attractive combination of security with flexibility.

Advertising, on websites via the internet, now plays a vital role for our ever-expanding client base. To service this client group ever more efficiently, our website is now managed and updated in-house, allowing for more instant and pro-active decisions, resulting in even faster and more efficient dissemination of information. We also currently subscribe to two national web sites, an extra bonus being that, as members, we also feature in the exciting new National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP) / National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA’s) own portal PropertyLive.co.uk which has recently been unveiled. As active members of the NAEA we will be kept consistently in line with all current legislation and developments, which will be beneficial to all our valued clients, whether vendors or landlords.

We are always mindful of our landlords’ financial objectives and personal requirements and our aim is to provide them with a high standard of clientele. We then strive to provide the best possible service to tenants thereby ensuring effective protection of investment.

Overseas landlords, while requiring the same high standards of management, do however require systems applicable to their particular taxation requirements which we are able to accommodate.
