The Marina at Swansea continues to
attract high levels of rental enquiries.
These range from holiday rentals,
to assured tenancies of varying lengths.
Although we strive to obtain a minimum
of 6 month term assured tenancies,
for our Landlords, we have found that
with our recommendation most are also
agreeable to accept the currently
favourable and more flexible, 3 month
on-going contracts currently emerging
which are highly desirable to the
corporate sector providing their employees
with the attractive combination of
security with flexibility.
Overseas landlords, while requiring
the same high standards of management,
do however require systems applicable
to their particular taxation requirements.
We are always mindful of our landlord’s
financial objectives and personal
requirements and our aim is to provide
them with a high standard of clientele.
We then strive to provide the best
possible service to tenants thereby
ensuring effective protection of investment.
